Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer a refund or exchange, and we do not accept returns for personalized orders.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted after 15 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for free return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, wrong, or broken. Shipping is non-refundable.

We sell handcrafted leather goods; a 5-10% variation in leather color, fittings, buckles, thread color, and cuts can occur and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. After approval, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email support@leatherproject.com to arrange an exchange.

Cancellation

If you have second thoughts after payment, email support@leatherproject.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund you.
