Shipping policy
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product, then he or she can raise the return request.
The tentative delivery periods are as follows, after the 12-24 hrs for order processing:
- Free Shipping (4-7 working days)
- Express Shipping (3-5 working days)
- Priority Express 2-3 Days Shipping (only for metro cities i.e. Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai & Kolkata).
T & C: Few of our leather goods are made to order or under production; they ship when available in stock. Actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
For paid shipping, the cut-off time is 2 pm. Orders placed after 2 pm ship the next working day.
We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose the COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 100 COD charge per product.
International Shipping
Leather Project ships globally; remote parts of the world are reachable within 5-10 business days. Timeframes are indicative only. Customers are responsible for any local import duties and sales taxes; please contact your local customs/tax authorities for details.
Late Delivery
In any event of a late delivery, Leather Project will do all it can to get your package to you as quickly as possible, but cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.
