Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders across serviceable PIN codes in India. Cash-on-delivery orders carry a ₹150 shipping and COD handling charge per order, not per item.

Where we deliver

We ship across serviceable PIN codes in India. Remote or restricted locations may take additional time or may not be serviceable.

Processing before dispatch

Ready-to-ship products are processed within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order or customized products may require approximately 7–12 business days for production before dispatch. The expected timeline will be mentioned on the relevant product page.

Delivery after dispatch

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote locations takes approximately 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on courier serviceability. These delivery estimates are separate from processing or production time.

Express delivery

Express delivery is available at selected locations where supported by our courier partners. Additional charges may apply. Contact us to confirm availability and charges for your location.

Cancellations and delivery issues

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the applicable return process must be followed after delivery. Report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or videos. See our Return & Refund Policy.
